A project that entered Wright’s office at the time of his departure to Europe, and was designed in his absence by Mahony. Given by its previous owner as a gift to Millikin University in 1993 and used as the residence of the president for a time, the house was sold c. 2004 by the University because “it needed roof repairs and was not accessible to people with disabilities.”
