A stripped-down Prairie Style building inspired, like Harris’ nearby French Way Building, by Wright’s Larkin Building.

A drive past the church on 15 March 2009 revealed that the building has sustained either a fire or some sort of structural failure that left the walls standing but took out the roof. The future of the building is uncertain. Victory Outreach Church has moved to new quarters at 607 Douglas Avenue in Des Moines.
