Dr. Vincent A. Farrell House
416 First Street SE
Mason City, Iowa 50401-3931

Architect unknown, 1911

One of the earlier Prarie School residences in Mason City, the Dr. Vincent Farrell House appears to be a simplified mirror image of Drummond’s Yelland House on the other side of Rock Glen. Dr. Farrell built a second home of different design for his mother Mary Farrell; it is immediately to the east.
