Frank Lloyd Wright with Dwight Heald Perkins, 1894-1903

A troubled project built for Wright’s uncle, the Reverend Jenkin Lloyd Jones. The two disagreed throughout the course of three major designs for the project; according to Storrer, “Perkins tried to reconcile the differences, took over the design, and changed the exterior to the Reverend’s satisfaction, then quit.”
