William Keepers Maxwell Jr. House Deal & Ginzel, 1921 William Maxwell was a Lincoln native, and a famous author and fiction editor of The New Yorker magazine for forty years. His National Book Award-winning novel, So Long, See You Tomorrow, includes some autobiographical comments about this house. Joe Deal and Roland Ginzel were Lincoln architects.
