Princeton Dry Goods Store Building Remodeling Parker N. Berry, 1917 Berry’s modernization of the storefront of an 1890s commercial building, which itself has been modernized in the second half of the last century. The ordering of the second floor windows is a novelty, and the tautness of the stucco reminds one of the late work of Purcell & Elmslie (see, for example, P&E’s bank in Hector, Minnesota).
