Perkins, Fellows & Hamilton, 1920

A late Chicago-style office building, designed by a firm with early connections to the Prairie School. Dwight Perkins designed Steinway Hall in Chicago, in which a number of prominent PS architects shared office space. (The present-day Chicago firm of Perkins & Will was founded in 1935 by Dwight’s son Lawrence.)
