George H. Bellman House
2021 East Lynn Street
Seattle, Washington 98112-2619

Willatzen & Byrne, 1912,
Long Building Company, contractor

A very delicate, asymmetrical prairie house at the top of a steep bank. The composition of the planes and location of a large tree give an effect similar to a Japanese print. The son of the original client told the current owners that Willatzen was the architect of this home, that it was built by the Long Building Co., and was first occupied in April 1912.
