J.D.R. Steven House
606 Second Avenue (sometimes listed as 216 Hudson Street)
Eau Claire, Wisconsin 54703-5455

Purcell & Feick, 1909

The most ambitious Purcell & Feick residence at the time of its construction. Brick below, stucco above, still essentially intact. The kitchen entrance has been modified, and the kitchen porch enclosed to create a breakfast nook; a garage has also been added on Hudson Street.

Next door is a small house built for Mrs. Steven’s mother.
