North Western Lumber Company Purcell & Elmslie, 1916 A building now disfigured almost beyond recognition. Original brick has been covered with simulated stone, and the windows and entrances have been altered. Recent renovations have removed some of the worst indignities, most notably the glass block windows. The building is now home to a law firm. A scan of a xerox of an old photo. The subject is really the airplane in the upper center, but the P&E building can also be seen in its original incarnation. References
