Russell Barr Williamson House
4860 North Oakland Avenue
Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin 53217-6050

Russell Barr Williamson, c. 1922

Unlike Williamson’s usual mode, this brick and stucco house is modeled after Wright’s Allen House in Wichita rather than the nearby Bogk House that served as the model for many of his more ambitious residences. Shortly after construction of this house, he won the commission to design the Milwaukee Eagles Club, and thereafter designed in the popular revival styles.
